SplFileObject::setCsvControl — Set the delimiter and enclosure character for CSV

Sets the delimiter and enclosure character for parsing CSV fields.
Parameters
- delimiter

The field delimiter (one character only).
- enclosure

The field enclosure character (one character only).
- escape

The field escape character (one character only).
