Bir sonuç 'tan tablo adını alır.
Bu işlevin kullanımı önerilmemektedir. Bunun yerine, SHOW TABLES [FROM db_adı] [LIKE 'şablon'] şeklinde bir SQL ifadesi çalıştırmak için mysql_query() kullanılması tercih edilebilir.

function TableExists($tablename, $db) {
